Got my full $1,600 deposit back, here's the exact checklist I used at move-out

Professional cleaning service ($180), spackle and touch-up paint for 4 nail holes, replaced two light bulbs that were burned out, cleaned oven with a kit, washed all windows. On move-out day, I walked through with the property manager and asked her to sign the inspection report while we were still together. Check arrived 18 days later. Full $1,600.
